Washington Vacation

Gavyn and I will be traveling down to Washington on the 8th of December and we will be down there until the end of the month!! Long Time!! Arlis will be in New York for more training for a week, so we decided to come down early and hang out with everyone. Gavyn needs to get to know some of his family!!

Fun Times

Playtime is my favorite time, but when it comes to nap time I fight it until I fall over.

I finally have my room back!!

Gavyn had his 9 month check up this week. He's doing really good, 19lbs.8oz. and 28 1/2 in. long. He lost some weight while he was sick, but I'm sure he'll gain it back with his appetite. He had one more tooth on top brake through his gums, that makes 6 teeth so far.

Sick Family

Not much happened on our Halloween night... I got the stomach flu and had a hard time keeping anything down, then Mommy got sick, and now Daddy is sick.

These pictures were taken just a few days apart, if you look closely you can see three bottom teeth. I also have my top two front teeth, so I guess I can cross that off the list of things to ask Santa for..

Gavyn is growing so fast and learning so much!!! We are trying to switch him off of the Special formula. We are in the second day and so far no signs of any allergic reactions, and he seems to like it. We go in for allergy re-testing soon, hopefully we can cross a few of his allergies off the list!! It’s really hard to start “real” solid foods with all the allergies, it seems like everything has wheat, peanuts, soy, or eggs in it. He’s such a sweetie, he loves to give hugs and kisses. (even if they are a little rough) He’s all over the house, checking everything out, and playing with everything that‘s not a toy. He loves to help Mommy do dishes, which consists of him trying to crawling the dish washer. I don’t know what it is about the broom and vacuum, but he likes to play with them too.. He knows how to say “Ma Ma” and “Da Da”. I love to play the guitar with Daddy or with out!!

New Toy

Hanging out in my crib... I know how to pull myself up and stand in my crib, thanks to Daddy, he showed me how to do that today...

Mommy and I seen this at costco and we asked Daddy if we could get it.. It took about 1 minute for him to agree. When we got home Daddy put it together and I played with my new toy for a while. When Mommy took me out I started crying, I really enjoy being independent...

Growth Update

We made a trip to the doc to get my shots, I'm growing like a worm. I am 17lbs. 12oz. and 27in. long... I'm so close to crawling, I make it a few creeps and then face plant. Mommy got this little contraption to put solid foods in, it's really cool. She put in banana and I loved it, there was a small problem after, my face broke out... Darn it, hopefully it was just a fluke , because I really like my nanas..
